Refund & Returns Policy

Return Window 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility/Condition Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Address
Non-Returnable Items Perishable goods (food, flowers), custom/personalized products, personal care items (beauty), hazardous materials, Sale items, and Gift Cards.
Damages/Issues Inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges The fastest method is to return the original item for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU Right of Withdrawal Customers in the European Union have a 14-day "cooling off" period to cancel or return orders without justification (standard item conditions apply).
Refunds Once accepted, refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (up to 15 business days). Contact us if a refund is not received after 15 business days.
Cancellations Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After 12 hours, the standard return policy applies.
Lost/Stolen Packages Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, Cuddletail™ is not responsible for loss or theft.
