| Damages/Issues | Inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. |
| Exchanges | The fastest method is to return the original item for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item. |
| EU Right of Withdrawal | Customers in the European Union have a 14-day "cooling off" period to cancel or return orders without justification (standard item conditions apply). |
| Refunds | Once accepted, refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (up to 15 business days). Contact us if a refund is not received after 15 business days. |
| Cancellations | Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After 12 hours, the standard return policy applies. |
| Lost/Stolen Packages | Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, Cuddletail™ is not responsible for loss or theft. |
